How much longer will Malmö be the tallest in Öresund?

Malmö’s Turning Torso will remain the Öresund region’s tallest building for the foreseeable future. Copenhagen city has rejected a proposal to build a 280 meter tower in the Copenhagen harbor.

The H.C Andersen Tower would have cost 10.8 billion SEK and surpassed Turning torso by 90 meters.

Although there will not be a race to the clouds with Copenhagen, the town of Brande, Jutland, has approved the 320 meter tall skyscraper that will be the headquarters to the fashion brand Bestseller.
