Located less than 15 minutes walk away from the touristic center of Malmo, Broderstugan Kök & Bar is a welcome reprieve from the crowds and noise in the middle of town. If I have to classify it, I’d call their food broadly European but they have a reputation of being very vegetarian-friendly making it a good spot to bring a large group of friends with varying taste and preferences. Most people who come to experience the Broderstugan Kök & Bar don’t come in with high expectations but they seem to always leave with the utmost respect for the kitchen. You can really find almost any flavor at this establishment and even some surprising ones, particularly amongst their desserts.
The staff at Broderstugan Kök & Bar have a very low turnover rate meaning that they really know the menu very well and will be more than willing to provide you with suggestions or advice if you are not sure with what to order. They will also be honest with you about how things taste and whether they personally like it or not. As its name suggests alcohol is another important component of this establishment. They have got a lot of interesting wines that you should try when you next go there. As you might expect the staff know very well what goes well with what so you should definitely consult with them before making your selection. In terms of price the Broderstugan Kök & Bar goes from middle to upper expense but if you have the means or a special occasion I’d definitely recommend this place.
