When you dine with Bhoga you have your choice from the five, seven, or nine course menu; with a special three course menu on weeknights. These change day to day as the chefs work closely with their producers to choose only what is fresh for the day.
Upon choosing the freshest ingredients the chefs then set to work on designing a perfectly balanced menu for the evening. They use their expertise to create innovative dishes that offer a little something for every appetite.
Some examples include cod with gooseberry, lemon verbena, and rose hip or root celery from källdalen chanterelles with quinoa. They try with each dish to take into account special diets and food allergies, however you can discuss this when you make your reservation.
Each menu also includes and optional wine package. Again, the chefs use their experience to choose the most elegant pairing for each dish.
