At Koizen the dishes are sashimi and nigiri fusion including raw, smoked, and grilled varieties. The menu changes regularly based on what ingredients are in season and can be found fresh. It is a wonderful way to eat as each flavor is at its very best. The chefs take these wonderful ingredients at the top of their flavor profile and combine them into something unforgettable.
The chefs are also happy to work around special diets and food allergies, but can unfortunately not make entire meals vegetarian or vegan as many of their dishes are seafood based. Any other suggestions and preferences are gladly taken and worked into your very special one of a kind meal here.
