Manfred’s Brasserie is the best place for relaxing in sophistication. The owners and chefs take care with every aspect of the restaurant. They pay close attention to the quality ingredients they use while also ensuring the atmosphere reflects their informal and relaxed attitude toward customer service. You feel truly at home every time you dine here and they want nothing more for you.

The chefs take much of their inspiration from Austria and Switzerland with plenty of Swedish dishes for lunch and many international themes on Sundays. There seems to be always something new and exciting happening at the restaurant as they like to keep the menu fresh and full of great seasonal ingredients.

The three course meal is the way to go, if you are hungry enough and here for the whole experience. This may start with something like the pumpkin tortellini with mushrooms, parmesan, and dried moose. Next you would move onto the main course of lemon sole fillet with sherry sauce, chanterelles, vegetables and potatoes. Finally, for dessert you can indulge in vanilla profiteroles with plum and marzipan glass. It is pure elegance from start to finish and your waiter would be happy to choose a wine or beverage to enhance each bite.

If you are looking for more classic comfort food, they are known for the weinerschnitzel flavored with lemon and served with parsley potatoes and salad. It is perfect for a rainy day, a sunny afternoon, and any time in between.
