Natur is fine dining at its best. The chefs draw from a wealth of experience to create dishes that complement and enhance the natural flavor of each ingredient. It is magical what they can do with the simplest of steps. Regardless of how easy they make it seem, it is unlike anything us less talented cooks could recreate with all of the resources in the world.
I recommend ordering the chef’s choice menu. It is a great way to taste the diverse talent the kitchen has to offer and also takes the stress out of choosing the right dish when everything sounds incredible.
With this option, the chefs create magnificent plates based on the wine menu for the evening. They have a “clean” menu and a “dirty” menu. Both are obviously phenomenal, but if you are the adventurous type, and I am, go ahead and order the messy menu.
Regardless of what you choose you can expect great things. The monkfish with fried pumpkin, buttermilk, and mushrooms topped with browned butter foam is an extraordinary savory treat. Even the fried beans with cream cheese, summer onion, and pickled garlic sound so simple yet taste out of this world.
While this food would be worth the visit if you had to serve yourself, luckily that is not the case here. The service is professional and each server knows the intricacies of the menu along with drink pairings as if they were born with the knowledge.
