Located along the busy walking street Lilia Torg, Jospers Vin and Grill is a Spanish styled fine restaurant with a lovely patio area to enjoying good weather and ambiance while sipping a glass of red wine. It’s a carnivore’s wildest dream! Full to the brim with a mix of travelers and Malmo locals, this charming taste of Spanish cuisine is sure to impress that special someone. The restaurant allows guests to pair their main course, a beverage, and a side dish of their choosing for a set price.
Their main dishes include a plate of smoked salmon, manchego, Spanish air-dried ham with tomato, and grilled mushroom with aioli. From the grill they offer sirloin steak served with dragon cream, pork racks, brushed blue mussels, a grilled chicken, house paella, and tuna tataki served with garlic chips. Make sure you leave a little room for desert as well; they’ve got cheesecake, cream catalane, a Spanish cheese plate, and homemade chocolate truffles.
The online reviews for Jospers Vin and Grill had repeated mentions of slow service, however, it must have been an issues resolved by management as of late, as our lunch service was on time and, 100 percent delicious. Our recommendation is to not miss the pork main dish, their various tapas, and the truffles as an ending to your experience.
Travelers should be aware; the Swedish government’s scheme to eliminate cash is at play at this establishment, it’s card or mobile pay only.
