In December 2016, Melker Andersson and his restaurant group F12 transformed the Stockholm concept Köttbaren into the new Burgers & Bar hamburgers workshop in the same premises at Caroli City. Here, the focus is entirely on hamburgers and experimenting with taste combinations to put new burgers on the menu. Among other things, there are burgers made of seafood, cod and meat of various shapes, but also vegetarian and vegan burgers.
