At Shotluckan they believe in devoting all of their energy on getting just two things right, lunch and drinks. This philosophy means you get the absolute best each time you visit because they are totally focused on delivering one perfect experience at a time. The service is more like magic show than just grabbing a drink and the food at lunch is super fresh.
They are open from 11:30 to 13:30 Tuesday through Friday for the fantastic poke bowls. This is a traditional Hawaiian dish with many tasty variations and something that is hard to find in Malmö.
Each bowl comes with rice topped with a variety of fresh and pickled fruits and vegetables, kimchi mayo, and sesame seeds. In addition to the colorful fruits and vegetables, you have your choice between salmon, tuna, mixed fish, pulled pork, and tofu. They also have a few sides to enjoy while you wait and even a few sweet treats for after the meal.
If you enjoyed the atmosphere at lunch, you will go wild for what they do in the evenings. They are open for drinks starting at 20:00 Wednesday through Saturday. However, these are not your average drinks. The bartenders are masters at what they do and showmen as well.
While they mix you up an exciting concoction all with cute names, they are doing tricks with the bottles, making jokes, and acting out the namesake of the drink. And after all the theatrics you get to drink down their delicious creation.
