Wade Brown comes from Australia but he takes the best of Asian street food to Sweden and Malmö Saluhall.
With home-made noodles and uncompromising craftsmanship, he lifts Asian streets to the low-fat level. He does it with a smile and a lovely laidback feeling. The influences come from China, Japan and Korea, among others. As is often the case with Asian food, it’s pure, almost naked presentations.
