Riding high on culinary fame, the brothers Mats and Ebbe Vollmer’s newest addition to the Malmö restaurant scene is Snapphane. Located in the old restaurant premises of the Mayfair Hotel building, Snapphane has its kitchen set in the middle of the restaurant. Customers get to see all the magic that takes place in making the season dishes with materials sourced form the Öresund region. Eco is the overall theme to the contents of the food and wine menu and Snapphane has even recently been mentioned by the Michelin Guide.
