Another special treat you can experience here in late fall and early winter are the truffle weeks. After being inspired by the flavors they discovered on a trip to Tuscany, the chefs at Aubergine decided to learn more about this delicacy and share their knowledge with the customers.
For four weeks they fill their menu with dishes that include truffles and truffle oil. During this time they also invite experts and wine connoisseurs to impart their wisdom on guests and share experiences and special pairings. The truffles featured come from Italy, Croatia, and the recently discovered treasure trove of truffles in Gotland.
