Located in the Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm at Ralambshovsleden 50 in the city’s Kungsholmen district, the Bjork Bar & Grill offers up breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service to guests and walk-in customers alike seven days a week.

The venue’s cuisine is inspired by traditional Swedish dishes, but the chef-selected local ingredients insure that the menu options change with each season. Lunch is served daily with a set menu available weekdays that includes a main course, soup, salad buffet and dessert for 225 SEK per person. There are meat, fish and vegetarian dishes available daily, or customers can choose their own meal from an a la carte menu that includes such classics as burgers, meatballs, and grilled salmon. Many of the same options are available with the dinner menu, with prices ranging from about 185-260 SEK, or you can choose from what Bjork calls their Grill Market, where customers are invited to construct their own meals from a hand-picked selection of meat, fish and vegetarian pieces paired with one or more side packages. There is a good variety available and the cost ends up being about the same as an a la carte meal.
Bjork also offers a Sunday brunch from 12:30-15:00 for 285 SEK per person, and light refreshments are available in the bar which, surprisingly for a hotel location, boasts an extensive beverage list, including some signature seasonal cocktails.
