This Peruvian and Swedish fusion restaurant is as authentic as it gets. Each staff member has their roots in Peru and have brought their favorite culinary treats to Sweden to delight a new group of customers. The chefs have worked in restaurants around the world and love to take inspiration from all cuisines to create their special dishes.

The lunch menu varies each day but always includes at least one meat option, one seafood dish, and one vegetarian special. They keep all diets and restrictions in mind when creating the menu and will try to work with special requests.

Some of the treats you may delight in at lunch include classic ceviche, deep fried chickpea balls, Peruvian meat stew, or sun dried potato stew made with pork. At dinner you can start with leche de tigre, which is fried fish and shrimp with lime, chili, sweet potato, and Peruvian corn. Next, indulge in the grilled Secreto Iberico with Peruvian herb salsa and pumpkin puree. Finally, finish the meal with the Peruvian bridal pudding.

Each of the menu items is made fresh, in house, from the finest locally sourced ingredients. The chefs are dedicated to creating the most flavorful dishes while supporting local growers.
