The restaurant is filled with live plants, flowers, and trees. All of these are decorated with twinkling lights and magical touches. The ambiance not only gives you the feeling of being outdoors, but as if you are in an enchanted forest dining with fairies and elves.
To add to the natural ambiance, they have created a sustainable, healthy, and delicious menu that showcases what nature has to offer. The menu changes regularly as they only use fresh raw foods that can be found locally. However, you can always find some type of burger perhaps made with mushroom or black bean, a variety of vegan pizzas, and many tasty pastas.
One of the most impressive qualities of vegan cooking is the creativity. They can create mouthwatering dishes out of a wide assortment of fresh ingredients that you would never imagine. One example at Fröjdas is the boiled diced beetroot with dijonaise and deep-fried capers.
