At Himlen, you come for the view and stay for everything else. Located on the 25th and 26th floors of the beautiful Skrapan, they offer incredible views of the city paired with fantastic food and drinks. As icing on the cake, the service is amazing and the restaurants are gorgeously decorated and comfortable.
They are open for lunch, dinner, and drinks, reservations are highly recommended for dinner and times around sunset. The menus vary from floor to floor and depending on the season but you can always expect to find an interesting and delicious fusion of French and Swedish cuisine, no matter which menu you are ordering from.
On the 26th floor you will find the grill and bar. It is a lively area filled with great smells, bright colors, and friendly people mingling and taking in the view. You can order snacks like marinated artichoke and peppers or burrata with peaches and hazelnuts. If you are feeling extra hungry you can try something a little more filling like the chipotle glazed cheeseburger with chili mayonnaise.
In the dining room, on the 25th floor, the views are just as breathtaking and the food is even more elegant. Starters include oysters and steak tartar. Then you move onto entrees like the baked char and spinach or quail with salsiccia.
