In Sweden we have a saying – ”A dear child has many names”. Which basically means that a loved one can have many cute nicknames. There is one thing that a lot of people don’t love, but still have many names for. Shark week. Visit from Aunt Flo. Carrie. Full moon. That time of the month. No, I’m not talking about movie titles. My ladies out there already know what I’m talking about and nodding to themselves. Menstruation.
As everyone know (hopefully), women get their period ~once a month. And it is a hustle. Some of us get bad ovulation cramps. Ovulation happens two weeks before our period. Then some of us get PMS.
