Bagaren och Bonden (the baker and the farmer) is a bakery that bakes bread and other pastries.

Their main goal is to make and sell good food. By good they mean first and foremost good for the environment and health. So they prefer that our raw materials are grown in the vicinity and with a long-term perspective that takes into account both man and nature. Good for us also means naturally. They do not want to get our raw materials from an industry but from nature in as clean a form as possible.

In order for them to reach their goals, they believe that the farmer is as important as the baker and that is why they are called Bagaren och Bonden.
